Our Mission

Farmworker and low-income families throughout Salinas Valley are experiencing substandard living conditions, poor health outcomes, and an absence of political power. For 35 years CCA has been working alongside communities to establish safe affordable housing, healthy environments, and restore self-determination.

Our History

Since 1989 CCA’s been working throughout Salinas and Pajaro Valley building a legacy of dedication working directly with communities affected by inequity. We are committed to serving our communities, and our mission has evolved to address multiple needs beyond housing, including health, safety and education.
